SCA Unlisted Retail Fund RE Limited (ACN 604 416 284, AFSL 473 459) (SURF RE) was the Responsibility Entity for the SURF funds. SURF RE is the issuer of the Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) and the units offered pursuant to the PDS documents. SURF RE has appointed Shopping Centres Australasia Property Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 160 890 433) (SCA Operations) to act as the manager of the SURF funds.
